Legal Question in Family Law in California

my daughter is going to turn 18 next year and I do not want to pay child support after that am I going get obligated to keep paying if her mom request it ?

Most court orders are child support is paid until the child is 18 or up to the age of 19 while the child finishes high school. So, if she is still in high school at 18, you probably must continue to pay.
