My daughter is unemployed and wants to move closer to her family who can provide child care help allowing her the freedom to return to the workforce. Her ex is citing the existing custody agreement which allows him bi-weekly weekend visitation. THe family is out of state. What are her options for pursuing am amendment that allows her to move with the children to take advantage of her family support?
