Can I take my daughter on vacation out of state. I am divorced and we have 50/50 custody and I am the primary physical caretaker.

Unless you have a very unusual custody order, you are free to take the child out of state as long as it does not interfere with the visitation schedule. You must have the other parent's consent to leave the country. These are the standard rules. You have to look at your order to be sure.
