Legal Question in Family Law in California

My daughter is 17 and will graduate in June 2016. My ex husband and I have joint custody, but she's been living with me full time and will continue to. Should I take my ex back to court for custody and more child support?

The answer to your question really depends upon what you might derive as an additional increase in support by this return to court. If the increase U.S. only a few dollars, it's obviously not worth your time and energy. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to calculate the possible support based upon the income of the parties and timeshare.
