My daughter is 17 and will be 18 next year 2017 , So my question is does she receive the back child support check or will my ex-wife ? California Law

The ex wife. The legal presumption is that if a parent does not pay court ordered child support, the custodial parent had to make up the difference. So the payment for back support is reimbursement.
