Unless there is a court order stating that your parental rights have been terminated, you still have parental rights. Also the court for your contact with you child is still in effect unless it has been changed by the court. In either of these cases you should receive notice of the court hearing. You should work at regaining a relationship with your children. You may also wish to seek co-parenting classes with the mother of your child for your child's benefit.

You might also want to mention to the mother that if you had had your parental rights terminated, child support would have terminated with it.
