Legal Question in Family Law in California
My Daughter is 11 years old and I am legaly divorced for 4 years . My X has custody but will not let me see or visit her . Will the law ensure that i am able to see her ? Is she to old to enforce this ?

No, she's not too old. 14 is the magic age. Yes, you have rights to see her unless there is something really bad about you that you haven't mentioned. Get an attorney to help you.
