Legal Question in Family Law in California

My daughter who is 16 years old who lives with her mother is on probation and has been award of the court. My daughter has not been doing well in school and getting her self introuble. I do not live in the same county as my ex-wife and daughter.

The question is if I have a court order to see her at visitation times(such as Father's Day) does the probation officer have the right to NOT allow her to come to my house that is in a different county????

If your daughter is a ward of the court, there are court orders and rules that are governing her situation. I urge you to talk to the social worker in charge of your daughter's case to determine if there are any limitations on your daughter's travel.
