Legal Question in Family Law in California

I have a daughter who is 13 yrs old and lives with her mom and stepdad. I pay child support of $400 a month by arrangement and not through courts but still dont get to see my daughter every other weekend as usual.

I just got married and whats are my rights?

You can file an Order to Show Cause with the courts to get orders from the court as to your visitation. Once you have orders, they are enforceable. Beware if you go to court, mom may ask for more support based on earnings.
