Legal Question in Family Law in California

Help!

Daughters father has not paid support shes now 8 and i am going through the process of support now.he he just recently moved to ohio and i live cal. i want to file for legal custody, how do i do that where do i go to do it and i don't have a lot of money. what do i do. he doesn't even see her. will this be a difficult procedure?

You need to file a petition for support in your local Superior Court.
