can my daughters fathers brother take custody from me based on hearsay and lies? they are trying to prove me unfit mother and are doing it out of spite because it's me and my ex. I am now having to go to a custody hearing on the 10th they are going for permanent custody. I have no criminal or drug history what so ever but I'm being accused of doing drugs and I'm willing to do a drug test can they take my daughter just because they have more money than me and people made up lies and declarations

Judges are not supposed to consider the economic status of the parties. Has the court appointed an attorney for you. If you cannot afford to hire an attorney ask the court to appoint one. Then whether you like it or not do everything the attorney suggests. This is the best way to get and keep custody of your daughter.
