My dauther at 20yrs of age had sex with a 17 yr old and got pregnant. the 17yr old moved out of town and she went through her pregnancy alone. baby was born and she told him about it, and now 1yr later he wants to be a part of her life. prior to all these, he was posting threats on twitter that he wanted to find ways to kill his baby mama. because of all the threats, we have decided we want nothing to do with him. he is now 18 and she is 21 baby is 1yr old. he was not on birth cirtificate due to medical insurance coverage. Can he file statutory rape even though it wasn't? can she file for full custody using his threats?

Yes it was, although prosecution is very unlikely. Yes she can.
