Daycare Decisions in divorce

Wife has 2 yr old in daycare. I don't like the daycare; several complaints made against them. Can I change the place she goes even if she likes it? We have joint custody.

No. You could file a motion for a court order that she change day care providers. However, unless you have specific information as to why the daycare is not safe your chances of success are small.
