daycare/preschool

I receive child support, and in our court papers he is to pay for half of day care. I would like to enroll our son in preschool, is he obligated to pay for half of preschool or only half of day care? Is preschool considered daycare?

they are two different things. if the order says daycare, then he doesn't have to pay for preschool.
