Dead beat dad in divorce

Husband being paid under the table claims no income. I am caring for our family 24/7. OUR AGREEMENT BEFORE MARRIAGE of 21 years and his abandonment was I would stay home and raise the children and he would be sole support and responcible for all debts.I am on welfare, not employable yet and disabled untill I can mentally handle my life with the new coping skills and help from the apropiate doctors can provide me. He,is with her and were out of sight out of mind.

Child support services will assist you in getting a child support order. As a part of that process they should get a court order that he seek employment. Also you could consider getting tax returns that were filed during the marriage, if they show his real income. If the tax returns do not show sufficient income, then obtain evidence about your style of living during the marriage.
