enough and/or complete enough to provide a

definitive answer to you inquiry; however, I would

say that you and/or your mother can make a claim for back child support against the estate of your father (including school and dentist bills if designated as and for additional child support in the latest order). The child support is owed to your Mother. If there was an estate then she can make a claim against the estate for the past due child support and the interest that has accrued. There is no compensation for your "lost years". Hire an attorney who knows probate law and family law to file a claim against the estate for the child support that is owed. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
