he's dead! I'm I a widow

Divorce would of been final but on his papers he forgot to sign them now he is dead. If he has no will what happens? his daughter is his bennificiary. Where does that leave me?

If there was no will and you are not divorced from him, then you are his widow, and the rules of intestate succession come into play. Much of the answer depends upon how you held title to property and what property is involved.
