Legal Question in Family Law in California

Deadbeat Dad

I have a man living with me who is a deadbeat dad. Am I putting myself at risk for ''harboring'' him?

His divorce/judgement was in AZ. He has no job.

Legally, no. Morally, yes. Certainly do not have children with this person.
