Legal Question in Family Law in California

deadbeat dad

I watched my nephew and niece and charged the mom $200 per week and she is not able to pay all of it and alot of the money I came out of the pocket,can I sue the deadbeat dadwho is divorced to my sister and owes her child support for the money in the amount oif $1000 even though he didnt sign a contract,he is obliged to pay $1200 per month to my sister. How do i prove breach of contract or do I sue for another cause of action.Should I send him a statement

Childcare expenses are usually included in the support order. Your friend needs to continue pressing for payment. Is DCSS involved? They do a pretty good job of collecting from deadbeats.

Your legal action is against your friend. So if she gets the money (and she might be getting it without your knowledge) then she must pay you. Good luck.
