Legal Question in Family Law in California

Deadbeat ex getting remarried in Hawaii

Ex owes over 85K in less than 5 years, yet lives in Hawaii and sends expensive gifts and flew our 3 kids there for 7 weeks. His wages are garnished yet we usually receive less than 50% of court ordered amount. Will his new wife have any responsibility towards helping pay? I'm guessing from here on out they will make any large purchases (house, etc.) in her name so that he shows no assets. Any suggestions?

Contact the U.S. attorney regarding his failure to pay child support. The U. S. attorney should be able to get his attention. Only 50% of his after tax income can be withheld for child support. Any amount due over the 50% is still due and owning to you.
