Legal Question in Family Law in California

debts

i've incurred alot of debts during our marriage. i am paying it off. for security reasons, is there any kind of forms that i can sign for to take my wife out of all obligations and will not be liable for any future debts that might followed. or can i create one myself and still be recognized by the court of laws?
