Dec'd father

My fiance of 18 yrs passed away 8 months ago. Recently I found out that a high school girlfriend claims to have had his baby, and the child is 18 1/2 yrs old. We have an 8 yr old daughter that he left his life insurance. Now she wants to take me to court to get DNA from my daughter.

You need to get an attorney. She probably does not have the right to get DNA from your daughter. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
