declaration

what happend if my fiance's ex-wife lied on her declaration and we have some proof. Would she get into any trouble or will it just slide?

If by "trouble" you mean will she be prosecuted for a crime the answer would be highly unlikely. Proof of her lying will certainly hurt her credibility with the judge. The degree that it would hurt her case and help your fiance depends upon the other facts in the case and the judge. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
