Deeds and separation

If I'mlegally separated frommy husband and we're living together and making the marriage work (are we still married?) and he buys a home, do I still have interest in the home if I don't sign a quitclaim? His attorney says I have no claim. I'll be living with him and taking care of our children, but he's put $125,000 OF HIS money into the home to purchase it.
