Default dissolution

Can I default my spouse if he has not filed a response in my case even if he has filed and served me a petition for dissolution in a later filed case?

Yes, but if there are any issues I wouldn't do it that way. Who ever served their petition first controls, so you can force his case to be consolidated with your and be heard where you filed it, not him.
