Deframation of Character/ Harrassment

My sister was banging & yelling obscenities which were not true at my front door & I called the sheriffs dept. She also left a message on my boyfriends phone stating ''you are a dead man.'' Do we have a case?

You have a case for a restraining order but not for defamation.
