Legal Question in Family Law in California

A delayed divorce....

I have filed for divorce over a year ago but my spouse had pulled the papers about 6 months ago. Now she is sick and not making the divorce a priority. Is there any way I can force the divorce without spending a lot of money?

Yes you can proceed with the divorce and if she is not participating then the actions proceed uncontested.
