Legal Question in Family Law in California

why cant I demand my part of the settlement

At what point do I have any recourse,On a settlement agreement that both parties have signed and agreed to ,in which monies are owed to me but not being paid because of the excuse that my declaration of disclosure is inacurate[according to my ex's opinion]How many times can she do this before its deemed harassment? Why is it up to her to be able to state this claim ,and if she can proove me wrong then why cant I make her come up with the facts that state otherwise?? Its been 6 months since our divorce has been final, and ive submitted my d.o.d. 4 times now only to get the same damn response over and over. She has even gone so far as to offer me half of what we agreed to on paper and if I dont take the offer she will keep turning away my d.o.d. with the claim of being inaccurate.!!Please help me as I feel so helpless and cant afford another attorney. Needless to say my first one didnt do me much good.

If your disclosure is complete and accurate, then you can file a motion to compel her to perform the agreement.
