Dental expenses

Is my ex required to help pay for braces if they are required?

If your order states that he is to pay one half of dental and orthodontia he would be require to pay for half. Your order does not contain such a provision, you can ask the court to include such a provision in the child support order. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
