How to determine child support

I can not afford a lawyer and I am going to court for

Child Support. I want to know what the guideline

support should be for my siuation. He thinks that I

should be paying him support. Can you help me

determine guideline support or tell me about a website

that will help me determine it? I am the respondent in

the case. I am the mother of the child, I have my

daughter 65% of the time, my net salary is

$3,333/month and her fathers is $2,136.45/month.

MOst family courts have a clinic that will assist you in calculating support.

Based on the information you gave it appears that he would pay you a small amount of child support. He should also pay 1/2 of the day care costs incurred so that you can work.
