What's the difference

My child's father just got physical

custody of my son. That day in court,

the judge did not say wether the

order is temporary or final (final

judgement). How can I visibly tell by

looking at the custody order if they

are temporary or final?

All custody orders can be modified. The only requirement is that there be a change of circumstances.
