Im on disability and have alot of bills, my kids spend most of the time with me and don't have enough money to pay my child support and child support keeps threting me to pay. phillip

If you've had a change in income since the last time child support was ordered or if your timeshare with the children has changed, file an Order to Show Cause to modify support or custody/visitation. Unless your support is modified, child support agency will keep coming after you.
