disabled wife married 22 yrs seeks divorce

I am currently on disability and collect Social Security, I am 50yrs old also my 11yr old son is collecting social secrity for his disabilities. and he lives with me my husband has been unfaithful and has moved out after 22yrs of marriage. I want to get a divorce can I collect alimony and child support? and how much? he makes 60K a year.

Yes you can collect spousal and child support. The Court's use a computer program to calculate support based upon allowable deductions and actual incomes of both parties. Can't give you an exact number without comparing Income and Expense Declarations of both parties.
