I am disabled and my x husband is not paying his court ordered child support or alimony. How long can this continue before I can do something about it

Contact the department of child support services and open a case. They will enforce the support order for child support. You can also request that they include the spousal support. The other option is to retain an attorney to enforce the support order. You can obtain a wage assignment to collect future support payments.
