disbursement of alimony

I do not want to be at the mercy of my ex-husband by hoping he remembers to send his alimony check. Can I have his alimony automatically deducted from his salary into my bank account?

You can obtain a wage assignment to collect spousal support. Whether it will be directly into you bank account would depend upon the employer and your bank.
