Disclosure of assets

If I question that my husband has disclosed all of his assets, after the case was presented, because of information I received the day between the case and judgement,(he may have purchased property in Mexico) what can I do now?

Re: Disclosure of assets

You would need to investigate to determine whether he purchased property in Mexico. Check with the source of your information, to get more information about the location of the property and then check land ownership records in that area. When you obtain proof that he purchased the property then you could file a motion requesting division of an undisclosed asset. You need to determine where he obtained the money with which he purchased the real property.
