Legal Question in Family Law in California

I sent my Ex out a discovery sheet , it's been 3 mos he still haven't responed, should I let the judge no. I'm sure he did get it , it got the others papers. On the I&E he's not reporting all of his income , that way I pay him more support, what can I do

If the responding party does not respond to discovery, then it is your job to enforce discovery by filing a discovery motion. You should file a meet and confer letter requesting him to please provide discovery answers, or you will be filing a motion to enforce discovery.
