discrepency between transcript and judgment
does a judgment supersede a transcript from a hearing?

In a general sense, a Judgment is a court order that is enforceable. A transcript is not a court order and in and of itself is not enforceable as an order of the court. Transcripts are used to prepare orders and judgments from.
