Dismissal of dependency

What does it mean? Should my son have an attorney present?

That should mean that the proceedings in dependency court, are terminated, over, finished. Thus, either life goes on if there is no regular superior court proceeding in the family division, or jurisdiction is now back with the superior court's family division if either parent wants to go back there to make changes.
