we did a disolusion of marrage with property settalment, how do i get my truck into my name its in the divorce papers that we each get our own trucks but mine was cosigned and is in her name only. Have one more payment and dont know where she is

Arguably you are not going to be able to get title in your name in full until the lienholder is paid off. So you are going to have to make the payment first. Then you need to take a certified copy of the dissolution judgment to the DMV, and have title transferred to your name. I suggest calling ahead and making an appointment, rather than standing in a long line all day.
