Legal Question in Family Law in California

i was married for 3 days and the husband left after that time, and a divorce was filed, will either of us be entitled to each others assets, he bought a house in oregon, i have a retirement, he has now got a loan for school. Will i be responsible for his debts? Will i be able to claim for the house and with him leaving me with a lifestyle that i got accustom to is money an reward for the mental angish that i was exposed to? He lives in oregon i live in california. Can this be a split without a lot of drama? If i am entitled to any of his assets and is he entitled to any of my assets? What will that be?

It would seem unlikely that any substantial community property was acquired in 3 days. Once he move out and the two of you decided that the marriage was over, your income become your separate property.
