Legal Question in Family Law in California
Disputing an Order
I was in court and an OAH was written by the other attorney. After I received the OAH I filed objections and purcased the transcripts. The written order is completely wrong and the attorney is not correcting it. Do I have to file for this to be corrected and if I do can I request reimbursemnet of filing fees and payment for transcripts?

Re: Disputing an Order
Create an order after hearing. Use your transcripts to support your OAH. Serve the court and serve the opposing attorney with your version of the OAH and a copy of the transcript. Include a cover letter to the clerk, pointing out where opposing counsel's OAH is wrong. Ask her to accept your correct version instead.
You wont be reimbursed for cost of the transcript.
