Legal Question in Family Law in California

My husband filed for divorce, i responded disputing his request for custody of our 2 sons. I was awarded custody and now want to finish my divorce. I just need to know which forms to file to finish it.

Re: Dissolution
Either you and your husband need to reach an agreement to judgment or you need to request the court to set a trial date. Generally, the request for a trial date is done by filing an "at-issue memorandum" telling the court that the matter is ready for the final decisions to be made. If your court has a familiy court facilitator they can assist you in preparing the form and telling you what other steps you need to complete the dissolution, such as exchanging declarations of disclosure.
