dissolution of marriage for my father

i need to know of a lawyer that would be able to finish my father's court for dissolution of marriage court date 01/09/08, he's in a convelescent hospital has alzeimers and dementia..my last court date the judge advised me to gett an attorney to close out the case? i only am my father's power of attorney and guadian at lietum, she said i am not a lawyer and that i must have a lawyer to close out the divorce...help??
