Dissolution of Marriage, FL-160 Community Property, page tweo line 12 Retirement, Other party has a retirement with union during marriage. I do not know the amount it is worth. what do i do? what do i write on this line?

List the pension plan and state that the value is unknown at this time. Then subpoena the pension plan for a statement of the value on the date of separation and the current date. List it as community property.
