Legal Question in Family Law in California

Dissolution of Marriage

I received a Notice of Acknowlegement Receipt attached to the dissolution of marriage package my husband filed against me but found incorrect information like, date of marriage, date of separation. Q: Should I sign, date & mail back that Acknowledgement Receipt? Isn't it by signing it would mean that I agree to all the things written in the petition papers? Help me I'm confused. I don't have funds to retain a lawyer but need someone to represent me.
