Are dividends from premarital stock, deposited in my own personal bank account be considered community property?

Your question is a little short on facts, but if the stock is 100% pre-marital property, has not been mixed with shares bought with post-marriage income, and has been kept in a segregated account not comingled with post marital earnings, then it retains its separate character. If your "personal bank account" receives deposits of post marriage wages, however, then no, the dividends are too comingled to separate out. You can't separate the vodka from the orange juice in your screwdriver.
