division of Assets

Is one spouse entiteled to half of the injury settlement money?

Separated, divorce papers still in court and She moved out of state. All assets including value of the house and others will be equally divided.

6 months after separation, she is settling with a large lump sum of money for the disability that occured on the job, working while she was married and lived together.Thank you

spouse gets nothing from injury settlement, whether they are still together or not.
