Legal Question in Family Law in California

Division of property

My divorce was final on the 17th of November of this year. My ex took care of all the paperwork and all I needed to do was reveiw and sign where necessary. Our marriage settlement agreement states that we agreed to terms and that what we each possess is ours only. My question is that now that everything is said and done, she is asking for a portion of a securities account that I have in my name. Does she have any legal means of obtaining this money. I just want to make sure that if I tell her no she can't do anything about it.

She may be entitled to get the money if: 1. it was community property and/or: 2. if you failed to disclose it in your disclosure docoments.
