i've been married 3&half years and i'm getting divorced do i have to paid alimony to my sson to be ex, and i have a retirement progaram how much of that is she entitle to get we dot have kids

Whether you pay alimony (Spousal Support) depends on your income and her income. You would probably be liable for 1.5 to 2 years of spousal support. Your wife is entitled to one half of the retirement program earned while you were married. The retirement earned before you were married and after you seperated is yours. The formula for her share depends on the type of retirement plan that you have. You should discuss your obligations and rights with an attorney before agreeing to anything. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
